Introduction

Welcome to Vivatech.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of MaverickFi's Reverse Stress Testing (RST) platform, website, services, and associated software (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

License to Use Our Services

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, MaverickFi grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate MaverickFi, a MaverickFi employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MaverickFi and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MaverickFi.

User Contributions

The Services may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials to other users or other persons. All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Content Standards

These content standards apply to any and all User Contributions and use of the Services. User Contributions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions must not:

Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
